Paired here with the Cosina MC Macro zoom 35-70mm f/3.5-4.8, it covers a useful everyday range and focuses down to about 0.5 m. The shutter runs without batteries, so the camera fires at every speed even when the meter cells are flat. It is a practical way into manual SLR shooting with a zoom lens on the front.

Specifications

Format: 35mm SLR with manual focus and manual exposure

Lens mount: Pentax K bayonet

Shutter: vertical-travel metal focal plane, 1/2000 to 1 second plus B

Mechanical shutter operates without batteries; batteries power the viewfinder meter LEDs

Center-weighted TTL LED metering, ISO 25 to 3200 (set manually)

Flash: hot shoe and PC socket, X-sync at 1/125 second

Mechanical self-timer, approx. 10 seconds

Fixed split-image focusing screen with microprism collar

Lens: Cosina 35-70mm f/3.5-4.8 macro zoom, focus about 0.5 m to infinity

Meter power: LR44 or SR44 button cells

Condition

Cosmetic: Excellent++ condition, little to no signs of age and use.

Functional: Fully working including light meter.
