Yashica 635
Rs. 13,500.00
A twin-lens reflex is the most pleasant way to shoot medium format, and the Yashica 635 is the most interesting of Yashica's TLRs — the one model in the range built from the outset to run 35mm film alongside 120. You look down into a big waist-level finder at a bright square image, focus with the knob on the side, and shoot 6x6 negatives twelve to a roll on 120. This example carries the three-element Yashikor 80mm f/3.5 in a Copal MXV shutter, has been recently serviced, and ships with our own 3D-printed 35mm-to-120 adapters so you can shoot both formats out of the box.

The Yashikor is a triplet rather than the four-element Yashinon fitted to later bodies — softer wide open with a gentle falloff toward the corners, and sharp across the frame from f/8. That is a characteristic rather than a flaw, and it is a large part of why these cameras render the way they do. Recently serviced, fully mechanical with no batteries to think about ever, negatives four times the area of 35mm, and our 3D-printed adapters included so you can run 35mm through it whenever you want to.
