Nikon FM + AF Nikkor 50mm F1.8D
Rs. 21,500.00
Few compact SLRs have aged as well as the Nikon FM, and this kit pairs one with a sharp, light AF Nikkor 50mm F1.8D for a complete everyday system. The FM was Nikon's answer to buyers who wanted a full F-mount SLR without the bulk, and its all-metal body still feels solid in the hand. Nikon built it around a fully mechanical shutter and a through-the-lens meter, so it works without a battery for the shutter itself. This kit is a practical way into the Nikon F system, with a standard lens that covers street, portrait and documentary work.

The FM is manual focus only, so the AF Nikkor's autofocus will not operate on this body; focus by hand using the viewfinder. The meter needs LR44 or SR44 cells, which are not part of this kit. At this grade and with a working meter, this is a ready-to-shoot Nikon SLR kit.
