Its party trick is a one-of-a-kind hybrid shutter: every speed from 1s to 1/4000 fires mechanically even with a flat battery, yet slot the cells in and you gain stepless aperture-priority auto-exposure. Here it comes with the fast Nikkor AF 50mm f/1.4D, the classic bright normal prime, for a do-anything everyday 35mm kit.
