Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W510

A 2011 ultracompact that still runs a CCD sensor — which by that year was already becoming the exception. The Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W510 pairs 12.1 megapixels with a 4x zoom that starts at a usefully wide 26mm, adds sensor-shift stabilisation, and weighs under 120 grams. It is about as small as a camera can be while still having a real zoom lens, and the images have the hard, saturated CCD look rather than the smoother rendering of the CMOS cameras that replaced it.
