Yashica FX-3 + Yashica MC Zoom 35-70mm F3.5-4.5
Rs. 11,000.00
The Yashica FX-3 is a fully mechanical 35mm SLR from 1979 — light, simple and built by Cosina, with a shutter that fires at every speed whether or not there is a battery in it. The battery runs the meter and nothing else. Its real advantage is the mount: the FX-3 takes Contax/Yashica bayonet glass, the same mount as Carl Zeiss C/Y lenses, so the system has somewhere exceptional to go. Paired here with the Yashica MC Zoom 35-70mm f/3.5-4.5, a useful wide-to-portrait walkaround.

Everything works — shutter, meter and timer. The minor moisture marking on the lens front element sits outside the image-forming path in practice and does not show in photographs. A mechanical body on the Zeiss-compatible C/Y mount is a sensible place to start a system.
